Step 1: Complete Your Application

Visit our Get Started page to fill out your application. This helps us learn more about you, your needs, and your goals and allows us to ensure we are the best fit to help you (as well as determine if you need to be seen or cleared by a rehab/medical professional prior to beginning with us.)

If we are not a perfect match, we will refer you to someone in our network who may be more appropriate.

Once you submit your application, we will be in touch to schedule your Discovery Call and/or your consultation & assessment.

Step 2: Consultation & Assessment

This 60-90 minute session gives us the opportunity to clarify any questions we have from your application, and take you through a joint by joint mobility screen and movement assessment to determine areas of opportunity that will play a role in moving you forward. We will also be able to recommend a starting point of number and frequency of private training sessions that you’ll need, as well as what to expect in terms of our focus on movement, stress management, and lifestyle interventions.

Step 3: Program Design + Private Training

Everyone starts with a package of private training sessions best suited to your needs.

We’ll spend our first few weeks together more deeply assessing your movement patterns, strength balance, mobility, and establishing what exercises work best for you and your body. Your sessions will also consist of education, mindset work, and coaching to help you improve your nutritional intake, sleep quality, and stress management.

Once we’ve completed this assessment phase, we’ll begin to work together through your custom progressive program, with regular re-assessments to ensure that what we’re doing is working!

Step 4: Continue Building!

( Stick with Private Training if it’s best for you, or transition to Semiprivate Training or Remote Programming)

Program Design + Semiprivate Training

With semiprivate training, your program is still completely individualized to you and your goals, but you now have the confidence and understanding to be a bit more independent. Your session is still led by your coach, but you share the hour with up to 3 other people. Your recurring membership gives you access to all of the semiprivate sessions you need weekly to work through your program, along with all of the communication, mentorship, and support you receive in 1:1 training outside of your coached sessions.

Semiprivate Training includes regular face to face 1:1 check ins with your coach to address any questions, lifestyle concerns, etc; communication and feedback throughout the week via our programming software; and access to the Athena space during open gym to complete additional independent programming if needed.

Remote/Hybrid Program Design

Your Remote Hybrid Program includes a custom designed program based on your goals and needs that you complete independently at home, at another commercial gym, or in our space during open gym times.

Your program will be delivered via TrueCoach each week, and even though you’ll complete your workouts independently, you’re able to communicate anytime with your coach for clarification, feedback, and questions to make sure that you’re progressing appropriately. Your payment includes one private in person session every four weeks (can occur in studio or via Zoom depending on location).

Just like in person coaching, remote programming includes support for improved nutritional intake, sleep, stress management, and any other lifestyle changes that are appropriate for your needs.
