  • Your program is specifically tailored to your needs and includes working on movement/exercise AND lifestyle coaching. Generally speaking, you can expect to spend about 45 minutes completing a workout that includes a warmup, strength training, mobility work, cardiovascular training, and cooldown, but some days may require more of an educational focus OR what we call a “walk and talk” where we set aside the plan and simply work through any challenges or stresses you’re currently experiencing. This is much more holistic and balanced than simply attending a workout class - so we encourage you to be open to the experience!

  • This will be based on your specific needs (including goals and schedule), but generally speaking we see the best success and accountability with 2-3 structured sessions weekly. We also encourage movement outside of the gym as much as possible (we love a good walk or movement snack at your desk in the middle of the day).

  • We adhere to all local ordinances with respect to Covid, including masking and closures (although we fervently hope we won’t need to do either of those things again!). If you prefer to wear a mask in the facility we encourage and support you in doing so. Coaches will also wear a mask during private sessions if you prefer we do so. Out of respect for each other we ask you to stay out of the gym if you are feeling ill. All equipment is regularly cleaned and disinfected to mitigate the spread of germs.
