REMOTE/HYBRID PROGRAM DESIGN

Remote/Hybrid Program Design is right for you if:

  • You live outside of Carlisle and can’t travel regularly to the Athena studio

  • You’re unable to commit to a regular weekly appointment or group session and prefer to train when and where you’d like

  • You have access to necessary equipment depending on your program needs (whether you belong to a traditional gym or have equipment at home)

  • You are motivated to work independently and confident with your exercise execution.


COST: $325/MONTH

INCLUDES:

  • One 75 minute 1:1 session monthly (in person or via Zoom) to review exercises, ask questions, and discuss progress

  • Individualized exercise program designed specifically for you that encompasses weekly structured training sessions taking into account your goals, challenges, desired activity outside of the gym as well as travel, work schedule, and more.

  • Access to our virtual platform, TrueCoach, to deliver your program, keep track of your performance, communicate directly with your coach throughout the week, and seamlessly integrate activities outside of the studio so you’re clear on what you need to do to see progress. 

  • Comprehensive management of your wellness program to ensure you’re getting the most out of your time with us while acknowledging your specific lifestyle needs and challenges. Depending on your individual goals, this could include coaching on nutritional habit improvement, hydration, stress management, and/or sleep hygiene. 

  • Communication as needed with your primary care provider and/or rehab professional to ensure that your program is appropriate for your current needs, especially if you’re recovering from a prior injury or have a history of persistent pain.  

  • Discounted access to Athena mobility classes, movement clinics, educational workshops and seminars.
